Admission to HADI

Applications are assessed individually. The screening process refers to the applicant's academic records, English proficiency, recommendation letter(s) as well as extracurricular activities. Admission is selective and students are encouraged to apply as early as possible to ensure sufficient time for application review.

Application Requirements (Documents)

• Proof of English proficiency – Minimum of 5.5 IELTS or TOEFL IBT 61 (or equivalent)
• Passport ID Page copy (must be valid for at least 6 months)
• Personal essay or Statement of Purpose
• Required Academic records – High school / 12th Grade transcripts/mark sheets, Minimum 60% (B level or equivalent), Apostille of High school diploma. If you are from one of the following countries, you must submit an apostilled or a Korean embassy certified copy of the transcripts and diploma/degree certificate (China, Philippines, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Myanmar, Mongolia, Thailand, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, India, Nepal, Nigeria, Ghana, Iran, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine, Egypt, Peru, Guinea, Mali, Ethiopia, Uganda, Cameroon). Mid-year transcripts are acceptable for those who are about to graduate.
• Letter of recommendation – One letter of recommendation is required
• If you have work experience, submitting a resume/CV will be helpful but this is optional
• List of extracurricular activities and awards is optional

Admission to transferred universities

If you do not meet the above requirements or do not provide the required documents, you can complete the 3rd or 4th year programs by converting them to Woosong University online degree programs or transfer to an online university partnered with Woosong University.

• GPA 2.5 Above
• VISA: Korean visa necessary when choosing Woosong University. When choosing a partner university, you must obtain a visa from the country of University chosen.
• Proof of finances – A bank balance equivalent to a minimum of USD 18,000, which is to be in the account for a three to six months period. Transaction history & Letter from the bank with seal and signature are mandatory for the application.

Students cannot transfer to a university that belongs to their home country.
